Sisters in Kimono Bento

 Sisters in Kimono Bento
友人私のハロー!お元気ですか?Yūjin watashi no harō! Ogenkidesuka? Hehehe, I love to have fun with Google translate ;D. Ahey! It's time for bento post ^^. Today's bento post is Sisters in Komono Bento. Those girls are Tata-chan (purple) and Sari-chan (red) :D. This charaben actually belongs to my old bento creation. My bad: when I make new bentos, I forget to post my old bentos ;p. In my old bento collection, I also made bentos with Hina Matsuri and Koinobori themes; hope I will not forget to post them hehe.

I made the girls' head from egg tofu and Kimono from egg sheet and the red part of imitated crab stick. I wish I could make a good smooth egg sheet at that time, but I think my non-smooth egg sheet added special fabric effect on the purple Kimono hehehehe ;D. The red and purple flowers spread over the rice were made of baby corn colored with food coloring. Yes, I added the ribbons and smiles by CS2 ;p.I had boiled sweet corn-broccoli-mushroom (forget the name, Shitake or something?), rolled crab stick and egg sheet, spicy boneless fried chicken, and two cute cucumber slices enjoyed with sweet brown sauce placed in another container. For the fruit, I had manggosteen, Balinese grapes, and kumquats. I had to eat the manggosteen after taking the photo since the color turned out ugly due to air exposure T____T

Next post is for my IFP entry, don't forget to submit yours friends :D. For you who had sent your entries, THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!!! :D :D :D

The two sisters are too cute and beautiful! Yes, I like that special fabric effect on the purple Kimono and it's nice. ;)

@Bobo: I love Japanese dolls too. Unfortunately, I can never find them here in my town. The only thing that I can do is only collecting their photos from the internet LOL :D
