Yes, yes, yes... Pathetic me only to be able to post 2-3 for each month (and it can be done at many times only in the weekend T_____T). Teaching business has been so occupying me buddies... But, I just CAN'T neglect my dear blog and all you my dear readers and friends :D. So here I come with my Happy Hen Bento ^^. I hand molded rice to make the hen. To make the rice ball smooth, I covered it with cling wrap when I was hand molding it. The wings were made of the white part of tofu sandwich. I had fried shrimp and Shimeji mushroom and Tuna cooked in Spicy Sambal Goreng spice paste generously added with Kecap Manis (Indonesian Sweet Soy Sauce); yes, I LOVE the perfect combination of spicy and sweet :D
O yea, some weeks ago I also got a sweet food pick set from dear friend, Fang Fang. Thanks a lot dear friend for the super sweet picks :D. LOVE IT A LOT!
